Hello!

My name is Sarah, the musician and teacher for Blessed Sound Music Studio, located in Tulsa and Broken Arrow Oklahoma.

For 10+ years, this studio has provided high-quality in-person music for events such as weddings, galas, funerals, etc..., and specializes in piano, harp, and voice.

Blessed Sound Music Studio provides lessons with a small variety of instruments at an affordable price. Everyone should be able to experience the joy of playing music, in my opinion.

SARAH ELIZABETH

My musical journey began when I was little and fell in love with the harp. My parents agreed I could play the harp with one condition- that I learn piano first, and once I reached an advanced level, I could learn harp.

So, I began my journey in music, and by the time I turned ten, I was playing four other instruments. When my summer recital came, I finally reached my goal and I was given my first harp.

Throughout my teenage years, I learned other instruments through Cascade Academy of Music and Arts and acted as choir pianist for many other co-ops and choirs. By the time I graduated, I could play 19 different instruments. I have participated in multiple music competitions, both for the Academy and private lessons, including state-wide in Washington state.

What experience do I have playing event music? I'm glad you asked! I've played events both in and out of state, as well as galas, teas, and social gatherings. As of 2026, I have been teaching music, singing solos, and playing events for over 10 years, and enjoyed almost every moment of it.

When I'm not playing music, I can be found with my nose in a book, gardening, thinking I'm artistic, (my easel might disagree) writing, sewing, and crafting.

MUSICAL EXPERIENCE

PIANO TEACHER

I've taught music for over a decade and have enjoyed every second of it! I discovered my love of teaching when my brother decided to take up a different career, and gave me the opportunity to take his place. From the first lessons to now, I have enjoyed every moment. I intend to continue teaching until I can no longer do so.

ACCOMPANIST

From Church Pianist, to the Main Pianist for Cascade Academy of Music and Arts, I have had ample experience in the world of accompanying, which has given me no small amount of patience.

SPECIAL EVENTS MUSICIAN

My desire as a musician is to keep my services affordable for anyone wanting live music, and have played and sung for many weddings, galas, funerals, community gatherings, and special events.

SPECIAL NEEDS

I have taught many people with special needs, and am comfortable with doing so. My experience includes working with those who have Autism, Anxiety, ADHD, ADD, RAD, ODD, and FASD. I'm aware of the challenges these difficulties present and am prepared to handle them. I have a unique perspective on dealing with special needs children, as my family has had experience through foster care and adoption.
